The number of countries where the special forces are currently conducting missions. Those nations include Syria and Pakistan, where the U.S. is currently violating their sovereignty, too.

Appears so, but not exactly news? The U.S. went into Iraq without consent and are currently trying to get around Iraqi jurisdiction over U.S. soldiers.
